My mother (Flo) and I absolutely love the 2CF Studio at Glastonbury Library! We primarily use it for embroidering and sewing. Emma manages the embroidering and sewing machines and she is delightful!

We have both made many appointments with Emma and find her to be a great teacher and wonderful help. Emma is a patient teacher, work with you step by step to help you complete a DIY projects, and most of all, if there are any challenges with learning the embroidery or sewing machines or getting through a DIY project, Emma will stop at nothing to help you.

If I knew how to upload a picture of some of the work that we have done with Emma, I would, but for now, I will just list the kinds of work that we have done with Emma so far:
-learning how to use the embroidery and sewing machines
    -embroidering an apron
-repairing an apron (via sewing) so it can fit properly when wearing
    -embroidering a baby bunny blanket
-most recently, embroidering Christmas theme patches.

Thank you Emma for everything you do!
And thank you 2CF Studio for being an excellent resource for all things creativity!

The 2CF Studio is amazing. So many options for creative endeavors. We are very fortunate to have this space, software and machinery available to us. Also, Emma is a great person to show you the ropes. I am very impressed and thankful that our town offers these opportunities.

I love the 2CF Studio. I met with Emma today to learn the embroidery machine. She contacted me prior to my appointment and set up the custom design I requested. When we saw that it was too big, she modified the design on the computer. Then she showed me how to use the machine and let me insert the bobbin and thread the machine. Fortunately, she also threaded the needle for me.

We got three embroidery projects done and I love them all.

I know that now I can go in and use the embroiderer because of Emma's excellent instructions.

I've always found the people that work at 2CF very personable and helpful.
